About Your Data
I keep data simple and respectful. I only collect the information you choose to give me, such as your name, email address, business details, and any project information you share. I use this only for the purpose you intended — to deliver services, manage your account, send agreed emails, or provide support.
I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK. If you would like my registration details, email me at sarah@sarahfryjones.co.uk.

Legal Bases
I rely on one or more of the following UK GDPR bases: contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.
Who Helps Me Process Data
I use trusted third-party providers to run my business. These include website hosting, email services, project tools, cloud storage, analytics, and payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. These services may process data on my behalf so I can deliver your work effectively. I do not sell your data.
Retention
I keep client records and invoices only for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or tax requirements. Once a project or contract ends, I archive or delete information that’s no longer required within a reasonable time.
Cookies and Analytics
My website may use essential cookies to function properly and simple analytics to understand visitor activity. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also object to processing, request a restriction, or ask for a copy of your data. To make a request, email sarah@sarahfryjones.co.uk and I’ll respond within one month.
Payments, Memberships, and Services
-
Products and one-off services: Paid securely through Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment data is held by the platform you choose.
-
Memberships: Billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time via your Stripe customer portal or by emailing me. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.
-
Ongoing monthly services: Paid by Stripe or bank transfer under an individual contract. These require one month’s notice to cancel so I can close work down cleanly and hand over anything needed.
Copyright and Client Materials
Clients are responsible for checking that any text, images, videos, or design materials provided to me are free from copyright infringement or licensing restrictions. By sending these materials, you confirm that you have the rights or permission to use them. I am not liable for any third-party copyright claims arising from client-supplied content.
Security
I use secure, reputable platforms, strong passwords, and access controls to protect all data and files.
