Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

1. About These Terms

These terms apply to all services provided by Sarah FryJones, trading as Sarah FryJones and The Online Office ("we", "us", "our"), to clients and members ("you", "your"), all of whom engage with us in a business-to-business capacity. By booking a service, purchasing a course, or joining the membership, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

We provide marketing and digital support services, including clarity calls, tech support, courses, and The Online Office membership community.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are as quoted or displayed at the time of booking or purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other listed providers; we don't store your card details. Invoices are payable within [X] days of issue. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on overdue invoices in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly, and you're welcome to cancel at any time through your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Courses and Payment Plans

Courses can be purchased in full or via a payment plan.

Payment plans are a commitment to the course, not a subscription you can pause. If a plan is cancelled before it's complete, access to the course will end. If anything's making it tricky to keep up, just reach out, we're always happy to chat it through.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, workbooks, templates, and community content (including The Online Office's branded frameworks and resources) remain the intellectual property of Sarah FryJones. You're granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared outside your own use without our written agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Where we work together on 1:1 services, we'll each keep confidential any non-public business information shared in the course of that work, and only use it for the purpose of delivering the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the total fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, or opportunity.

9. No Professional Advice

Our services relate to marketing, digital support, and business community support. Nothing we provide constitutes legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice, and you should seek independent advice on those matters where needed.

10. Ending Services

We may suspend or end your access to the membership or a service where there's been a breach of these terms, including non-payment, without affecting any fees already due. We'll always try to sort issues out directly with you first wherever we can.

For ongoing retainer services, either party may end the arrangement by giving [X] days' written notice.

11. Force Majeure

We're not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Complaints

If you're unhappy with a service, get in touch at sarah@sarahfryjones.co.uk, I'm human too, and I'd genuinely rather hear about it and put it right. Complaints relating to data protection are handled under our Privacy Policy.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. We may update these terms from time to time, with reasonable notice published on our website.
